Steve and Kerry Courtney are both talented realtors that were looking for a brand refresh. Their philosophy is based on the notion that a home is not a home because of its’ room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. They believe that their occupation is more than real estate, it’s about helping their clients discover a place where their life can happen.
The logic behind the branding system was based on the idea that realtors sell all different types of property, which includes single-family homes, plots of land, and city dwellings. We wanted to make sure that we represented all of these scenarios and so the logo is a Courtney "C" that frames an illustration representing the full spectrum of properties along with a color coded palette.
